I believe organizations fail not because change is hard, but because they’re built for a world that no longer exists. For over thirteen years, I’ve helped teams and leaders navigate uncertainty, strengthen culture, and support people—working where resilience, protection, and performance meet.

My Approach is Simple:

I created the ADAPT MASTERY™ framework to give organizations a clear, step-by-step way to become more resilient and responsive—without losing sight of what matters most: their people.

A bit about my background.

My path to organizational resilience wasn’t a straight line. I began with a degree in chemistry, fascinated by how elements combine and transform. That curiosity led me into management consulting, human resource development, and eventually to the realization that organizations are living systems—they need to adapt, not just endure.

Over the years, I’ve worked with nonprofits, businesses, and public sector organizations, both locally and internationally. I’ve served as deputy head of a business school, founded Redberyl Management Consulting and Acensius, and supported teams on everything from leadership development and safeguarding to gender equity and impact strategy.

Whether facilitating workshops in refugee camps or advising multinationals, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t about being unbreakable—it’s about becoming unshakeable.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and finding new ways to help people and organizations grow.
