WORK WITH ME | MOFOYEKE OMOLE
Every engagement starts
with one decision.
Not a diagnostic of your whole organisation. One decision you are trying to make last.
What follows depends on when you ask, and how long you’ve got. The question is the same either way.

How It Starts
03
01
The work begins
in the same place.
Every engagement starts with one decision and what is actually holding it. Not a strategy review. Not a culture audit. One thing that is supposed to still be happening, and an honest account of what is carrying it.
From there, the work depends on where that decision sits. Something still taking shape needs structures designed in. Something already running needs to be seen clearly. Something facing a transition needs transferring before the date.
Which is why the first conversation is short and specific rather than exploratory.
What decision are you trying to make last?

FOR ORGANISATIONS
Public sector, private sector, nonprofit
I
Advisory
For organisations committed to making important decisions last.
Sometimes this is work at the point of decision, before anything has been developed, when the things that will carry it are still cheap to create. Sometimes it is work on something that launched two years ago and has an unknown status.
Both begin with the same question and the same six things.
Shape
Ongoing, scoped to the decision rather than to a calendar.
II
Transition
When leadership changes, funding ends, a programme concludes or a team moves on.
When somebody leaves, the things only they were holding leave with them. Usually nobody finds out for about a year.
This establishes what that person, that funding or that administration is currently holding, and transfers it onto something that stays. You get two things: what leaves with them, named specifically, and what has to be in place before the date, in priority order.
Shape
Weeks, not months. Built to fit inside a notice period or a transition window.
III
Executive facilitation
For leadership teams making decisions that need alignment, ownership and sustained action.
Sessions built around the decision your team is trying to make last, rather than delivered from a standard script. The room usually knows more than it has said out loud, and most of the work is making that sayable.
Shape
A single session, an away day, or a short series.
IV
Speaking
For conferences, leadership retreats, executive sessions and policy forums.
One keynote, adapted to the room. Audiences leave able to look at any decision, at any scale, and say what is actually keeping it alive, what isn’t, and what to do about it before the end of the week.
Shape
Keynote, executive conversation, workshop or panel.
What’s holding it?
03
For individuals,
not organisations.
A small group of leaders and practitioners working through real decisions together. Everyone brings one thing they decided and haven’t finished, and works on it in the open.
It has a start date and an end date, which is deliberate. An open-ended group needs someone to keep feeding it, and a group with nothing holding it goes the same way as everything else.
THE SHAPE
Small, so everyone gets airtime.
Fixed length, so it finishes.
Real decisions, not case studies.
Places offered to subscribers first.
04
How it starts.
FIRST
Tell me the decision.
One sentence on what you’re trying to make last, and any date you’re working towards. That date matters more than anything else you could tell me.
AFTER THAT
A short call.
Thirty minutes to establish whether this is the right work and whether I’m the right person. Sometimes the answer is no, and it’s better to find that out quickly.
THEN
A proposal, scoped to it.
Written against the decision rather than against a standard package, with an honest note about what won’t be achievable in the time available.
You’ll normally hear back within two working days. If you’re working towards a date, say so and it will be prioritised.
Before we talk about anything else.

FIELD NOTES
One observation, when there’s something worth saying.
Which is not often.
Subscribers get first access to cohort places. No weekly digest, no sequence. Leave whenever you like.
